We are a small show hobby breeder located in Houston, Texas. We train and show our Shelties in Conformation. We have owned and loved Shelties for more than 17 years, are committed to the betterment of the breed, and use only quality healthy dogs in our breeding program. Our puppies are lovingly raised inside with us and introduced to a variety of sounds, and people. We take great care in placing our puppies in the appropriate home. Beauty comes in all colors and we have sables, blues, tri's and bi-colors.

We have well planned quality litters each year. Whether you are wanting a Sheltie for Show, Family Companion, or Agility/Obedience, please let us know and Starlight Shelties can help match the right puppy/dog to the proper home.

Our breedings are well thought and planned. We strive for Excellence and our goal is to improve the quality of the breed with true Sheltie type and conformation. We breed for Show, but also occassionally have Beautiful Quality pets available that make wonderful companions as well as agility/obedience prospects.

Good temperaments are important to us. Our puppies are lovingly home raised. When pups are age appropriate, they are taken on car rides, the vet office and the park. All of our dogs enjoy a fun, home environment with outdoor tunnels to play in, a variety of toys, and lots of love and attention !

Our puppies are vet checked before leaving us, dew claws removed, shots and dewormings up to date, come with written health guarantees, and puppy kit with training information.

Our companion family pets are sold on AKC Limited registration (no breeding) and spay/neuter agreements.
